Q. How do I get to the hotel?(About pickup)
Take the Joestu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station. Disembark at Jomo-Kogen Station (about 1 hour 15 minutes). It is approximately 25 minutes by bus from the station to the hotel.
Take the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station and disembark at Takasaki Station (approximately 1 hour). Transfer to the JR Joetsu Line at Takasaki Station. Disembark at Minakami Station (approximately 1 hour).

A shuttle car can be used from the Minakami station to the hotel. The shuttle car can be used from 14:00 to 17:00.
When you use the bullet train, Please acknowledge that it will not be in time for the pickup car unless you arrive at Jomo-Kogen station by about 16 o'clock.
If you use a pick-up car, please make a reservation by telephone. Even if you call us after arriving at the station We will pick you up, but you may get some time.
*We do not offer pick-up service at Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen Line.
Q. Do you have parking facilities?
Our hotel has a parking lot for approximately 20 vehicles.
Q. Do I need to be careful when coming by car in the winter?
Every year, there is frequent snow accumulation between the end of November and the end of March. Please prepare tire chains and winter outfits when coming by car.
Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 P.M., and check-out is before 10:30 AM.
In order to enjoy dinner, please arrive no later than 6 P.M.
Q. Can the check-out time be extended?
We allow extension of the check-out time, but it may not be possible depending on the same day’s reservations, so please inquire in advance.
Q. How does payment work in the event of an early-morning departure?
If you intend to depart early in the morning, we ask you to complete payment by 23:00 of the day prior to departure. Please understand that we cannot take payment in the middle of the night or early morning.
Q. Can I use a credit card?
You may use all major credit card providers including JCB, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Diners Club.
Q. Is there an internet connection?
Yes, all rooms and the lobby have a free Wi-Fi connection.
Q. What are facilities do the rooms have?
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating (entire building), electric kettle, safe (free to use), refrigerator (additional cost for minibar items), plasma television, shower, toilet, sink, dryer, phone (additional cost for outside calls)
Q. Is there a refrigerator in the room?
All rooms have refrigerators stocked with for-sale alcoholic and juice beverages, but there is a small amount of empty space.
Q. Is there a bath in the room?
Only rooms with outdoor baths have baths. Other rooms do not have baths.
Please use the gender-segregated indoor large baths and outdoor hot spring baths of parallel establishment.
Q. Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking. You may smoke in the hotel’s smoking area.
Q. What amenity goods are available in the rooms?
Yukata (Japanese bathrobe), bath towels, towels, brushes, toothbrushes, aftershave lotion, cleansing cream, lotion and moisturizer.
Q. Are there rooms with outdoor baths?
Yes. These popular rooms allow you to enjoy hot spring-fed baths in a private outdoor setting with a view of Mt. Tanigawa.
Q. What should I do with my valuables?
There are free safes inside the rooms, and we can also safekeep your valuables at the front desk.
Q. Is the hotel barrier-free?
We do not have barrier-free rooms.
Q. Can meal changes be made for visitors with allergies?
Depending on the type of allergies, we will do whatever we can, so please let us know.
Q. Can I bring in food or drink?
For food sanitation reasons, we sincerely ask visitors to refrain from bringing in any food or drink, except for infants.
Q. Where do we eat meals?
Dinner and breakfast are both served in the restaurant.
Q. Are there vending machines selling drinks and tobacco?
There are vending machines selling juice. *There are no vending machines that sell tobacco or alcohol.
Q. What are the available time of the large bath?
The large bath can be enjoyed from 14:00 until 9:30 the next morning.
Q. Can children be brought to the hotel?
Of course, we welcome children at the hotel. We hope you can make valuable family memories of travel at our hotel.
Q. Can we sleep together with children?
It is possible to sleep together with children.
Q. Can pets be brought along?
Pets are not allowed in the guest rooms.
Q. When is the best season to see autumn leaves?
In most years, leaves change color between mid-October and early November. There are numerous places to enjoy the scenery within walking distance.
Q. When is the best season to see cherry blossoms?
Nearby cherry blossoms can be enjoyed from the end of April until the beginning of May in most years.
